The type of personal information Better Business Analysis collects
I currently collect and process the following information:
- Names
- Contact details (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses)
- Employment details (such as job title)
- Financial information
I do not collect any special category data (such as ethnic origin or health information).
How Better Business Analysis receives personal information and why
The personal information I process is typically provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have enquired about services offered by Better Business Analysis
- You have asked to be informed about news or offers from Better Business Analysis
I use the information that you have given in order to:
- Building and maintaining business relationships
- Providing business analysis consultancy
- Providing training
- Billing
- Marketing services
I may share this information with other organisations only where required to deliver services to you (such as the owner of training facilities) or where you have explicitly given your permission.

Your information is securely stored electronically.
I keep contact details for up to 2 years where no business transaction has taken place. If you engage Better Business Analysis, I will retain contact details for 6 years after my provision of services ceases. I will then dispose your information.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, Ihave one month to respond to you.
